These terms apply when you use FormSathi (the "service"), operated by dehiventures ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

What the service is

FormSathi helps you fill in the official Swiss "Application for Schengen Visa" form. An AI assistant asks you questions, your answers are checked against common Schengen visa rules, and you can download the filled form as a PDF after payment. The application form itself is published free of charge by the Swiss authorities; our fee is for the guided filling, checking and document service.

What the service is not

• We are not affiliated with the Government of Switzerland, the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM), any embassy or consulate, or VFS Global, and we do not submit applications for you.
• We do not guarantee that a visa will be issued. Only the competent authorities decide on visa applications.
• The assistant's explanations are general guidance, not legal advice. Requirements can change; the visa application centre's instructions always take priority.

Your responsibilities

• You must give true, complete information and check the filled form against your passport and documents before you sign it. False statements on a visa application can lead to refusal and legal consequences.
• You must sign the printed form yourself (or, for a child, the parent or guardian signs).
• You may use the service only for your own application or one you are authorised to prepare.

Price and payment

The price is ₹99 per applicant (inclusive of any applicable taxes), shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. One payment covers one applicant's form, including corrections and re-downloads for the same applicant.

Liability

We take care to make the service accurate, but we are not liable for the outcome of any visa application, for consular fees, travel bookings or other costs, or for errors caused by incorrect information you provide. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.

Changes and law
